1. Service Nature
RedPlay + is exclusively a technical media playback tool. The application works as a utility for viewing video content processed locally or via links supplied by the user.
2. Minimal Data Collection
We only collect what is strictly necessary for the application to work, with full transparency:
- Device identifier (MAC Address): collected as required for license control and prevention of misuse.
- We do not collect name, phone number, e-mails, financial data, location, contacts or viewing history.
- We do not share any data with third parties and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising.
- All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and you can request deletion at any time.
3. Terms of Use and Content
RedPlay + does not condone, encourage or promote piracy or any illegal activity.
The application does not host or distribute copyrighted content — it is a playback tool only. It is the user's sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that they hold the legal rights over the content they access through our interface. We have no affiliation with third-party content providers.
4. Permissions
Permissions requested by the application, such as network access or local storage, are technically necessary for the basic operation of the player, interface loading and media playback.
5. Retention, Data Deletion and Contact
The data described above is kept only while your account is active on RedPlay +. You may request permanent deletion at any time through our Data Deletion page — requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
